Warranty & Repairs

General Warranty Policy

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty due to manufacturing defects or materials, Spa Parts Online’s liability — to the extent permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA) — is strictly limited to:

  • Repair of the goods
  • Replacement of the goods,
  • A refund of the purchase price

This warranty does not cover any consequential loss, damage, or expense incurred by any party.
We are not liable for damage if:

  • The goods have been altered, modified, or used in any way other than for their original purpose, or
  • The goods have been used outside of the conditions in which they were supplied

Spa Parts Online does not cover the cost of returning any part for diagnostics or repair. Any part replaced under warranty will not extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Limitations

Spa Parts Online is not liable for:

  • Labour costs, service call expenses, or repair costs
  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • The fitness of a product for a specific application, regardless of whether that application was communicated to us or not

Products are covered in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty applicable at the time of purchase. Warranty details can be supplied on request.

We do not guarantee or accept liability for any predictions, advice, or opinions expressed by our staff, contractors, or agents.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. However, all other warranties (express or implied) are excluded where the law allows.

Important Note on Chemical Damage

Chemical reactions in spa water can produce gases that may rapidly deteriorate spa covers, headrests, filter cartridges, skimmers, and valves.

To avoid voiding your warranty:

  • Remove your spa cover once a week for 1–2 hours, especially if using an ozone system
  • Always leave your spa cover off for at least 1 hour after adding chemicals to allow proper off-gassing
