The Balboa SENSOR ASSY 24″ (1/4″) M7 – Part No. 32016 is a genuine replacement dual‑purpose temperature and hi‑limit sensor assembly designed for Balboa M7 spa heating systems. It is commonly used in GL, GS and Colossus control and heater configurations.

Balboa M7 systems rely on two identical sensors, one installed at each end of the heater tube, allowing the control system to monitor water temperature, detect flow conditions, and provide over‑temperature protection without the use of a pressure switch. The 32016 sensor can function interchangeably as either a temperature sensor or a hi‑limit sensor, depending on installation position and system logic.

This kit features a 24‑inch (610 mm) cable, a 1/4″ diameter metal probe, and a 2‑pin connector for direct plug‑in connection to the control board. It mounts directly into the heater manifold and includes the required hardware for secure installation, making it ideal for service replacements and fault resolution in M7‑equipped spas.
